Salman,

The subconscious plays a role in your life, no doubt. But I like to pay attention to the conscious mind, since I think it's the best place to start working with.

Hello Scott

under my belief, Every thought is a cause and Every Condition is an effect.
Frustration comes from unfilled desires in life and mind.
To overcome frustration, we should have to reprogram our subconscious mind.

So can you please work out an article on subconscious so that others and me ofcource can understand the difference between right and wrong belief.

And i really thanks you for your inspirationak books, and articles.

Interesting thoughts.

I believe the emotion of frustration occurs whenever we don't feel that the feedback we are recieving is congruent with our output. Whenever we don't recieve the feedback that we expect from the actions we take we feel frustrated.
