		<description>A lack in motivation is the result of procrastination.  This is why procrastination can be such a deadly cycle.  If the only reason you are procrastinating is that you don&#039;t feel motivated, then you have to realize that it is the procrastination itself that is causing this.  Nothing creates motivation more than action.</description>
