Taking cues from unhappy people won&#039;t lead to happiness.  Whenever someone gives me advice I ask myself:  Are they worth modelling?  Is this person happy or successful?  If they aren&#039;t happy, then ignore them.  If you are unhappy you should be trying to learn from other people how to be happy not trying to teach others.  Same goes for diets.  Don&#039;t listen to advice from currently overweight people about losing weight.</description>

This is not the main point of the whole article but can&#039;t explain how earth shattering this is for me. I never knew why I keep falling back when not listening to such programs for days. The problem is not with not listening. It actually derives from LISTENING AGAIN to UNsuccessful people ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. That&#039;s a great piece of the holding-back-cake.
