I think my problem is not the inability to recognise its vale or make time but rather the inability to do the act of effectively exercising.

Keep sharing! We need to recreate society to encourage activity. Frequent available classes close to homes and workplaces that are affordable. Exercise breaks at work should be the norm. Regular exercise should be part of a school day even if that day needs to be lengthen by an hour! If our social environment supports us more and it becomes the norm for everyone to partake in a daily activity, almost everyone will be active and enjoy the benefits! I vote for the return of Friday night dances.

Ken,

Early on it is more important to establish the habit of exercising, then to get a specific result out of it. Good to see you sticking with it. Enjoy the weather!

This is working out to be both a good and a bad thing so far. Good in the sense that I can go outside to exercise every day because it is so warm. Bad because it is so warm it wears me out quick. The temperature difference between Fairbanks, Alaska and Kona is about 80 degrees. That and the fact that the island starts going up right off the beach is really draining the batteries on me.
<a href="http://safepose.com/" title="" rel="nofollow">I’m in Hawaii!!!</a> :)

I walk my daughter to and from school, daily. I live in a very “hilly” area and it gets the heart rate going. So, this is my daily exercise. I have lost one dress size already. Go Me!
