		<description>I enjoyed reading this. I agree that people should take a time off (even if it&#039;s just once a week) to relax or do something else aside from work. Because, if you don&#039;t, you&#039;ll get tired easily and end up hating what you are doing.</description>

You have a great way of relaying the information you&#039;ve discovered through whatever extensive research it is that you do. And that book you mentioned just jumped from a book I&#039;ve never heard of, to the top of my list. Good call Scott, thanks.</description>
