Human mood is its inclination to commit, entertain and accept an act which is being presented to him. Mood is the way a person feels inside, the experience of emotion, sustained and predominant internal emotional experience. Keeping mood pleasant requires personal training irrespective of what external influence may bring. Of course, contentment comes spiritually and materially. Material contentment is the thing of immediate need while spiritual contentment is the need of eternity. In fact, we need both but tilt more towards spiritual contentment. If you have less of material contentment then spiritual contentment would fill the gap by reducing the internal or external desire and by bringing everlasting divine contentment. If you have less or no spiritual contentment then your material needs would make you physically mentally exhausted and you would never end in its craving.

What a fresh, sensible perspective.
In my recent post Five Ways To Beat A Bad Mood I was thinking about similar topics, but from a different viewpoint and background, and it's always interesting to see how different writers and thinkers tackle a topic, so I really enjoyed reading your post. Thanks Scott for sharing your insight!
