From the Web
I’ve written several articles for lifehack.org over the past week:
10 Tips for Razor Sharp Concentration – This one did very well, garnering a fair chunk of traffic from Digg.
Insomniac’s Guide of Things to Do When Failing to Sleep
Study Hacks – Cal Newport, a friend and author of How to Become a Straight-A Student now has his articles in a blog format. Worth a look if you were a fan of Holistic Learning and other approaches to better learning.

Waiting for an Epiphany – Quit waiting for a lightbulb to go off over your head. I’ve found that most changes occur through a several steps, not one huge, life-altering moment.

Flow - A great read by Mihály Csíkszentmihályi. Consider it a psychological perspective on how to be happy. By focusing on reaching optimal experience and a more complex self (what I would call growth) it presents many different paths one can achieve flow.

I'm a speed-reading, vegetarian, holistic learning, productivity hacking recent university graduate. And, for the last five years I've been experimenting to find out how to get more from life.
Try the Evolving Self by Mihály Csíkszentmihályi.
His best book by far.

Hi Scott,
You could also try “Finding Flow” by Mihály Csíkszentmihályi.
Also “Learned Optimism” and “Authentic Happiness” by Martin Seligman might be of interest.
Thanks,
Ben
