Good advice.  I also noticed you&#039;re a canuck, nice one on you!

I think the simplest form of motivation for me (as I&#039;ve been weight training regularly for the past 12 years) is to have a lot of reasons to exercise.  A friend of mine once asked me why I go to the gym and I couldn&#039;t stop rambling on about how good it was for me.

The more reasons I have the more likely I&#039;ll do it.
