Agreed! It would appear to be much harder to support beliefs with no foundation. Obviously just by being (or calling oneself) an economist doesn&#039;t ensure brains.</description>

		<description>I agree that &quot;Diet for a New America&quot; is a good read and has valuable information -- but it&#039;s 15 years old now and some of the data is out of date.

I&#039;d recommend &quot;Omnivore&#039;s Dilemma&quot; instead.</description>
