Great article Scott, it really captures my current state of affairs. With 2 businesses, graduating from high school and a very attractive social life I run across this kind of situations all the time. I always feel busy, put in a lot of hours, but I am far from as effective as I know I can be.

I really like these parts, they really apply:
"What results is excuse-making. You find easier tasks to do and excuse your procrastination. Rationalize away the feeling that you don’t feel comfortable going forward."
&
"Excuse making is the result of conflicting priorities."

Thanks again for the wake-up call. I feel like this a lot, but could not really describe it for myself. This article really does.
