Hey,

Yes, getting all 8 essential amino acids is important, however you can consume them over a period of a day or two and they will still combine. Also, soy protein (despite some critiques) does have all 8.

Blake,

Yes. A good portion of the book details a different work philosophy I have for working at home projects.

Hey Scott- TOTC sounds like it'll be a real gem.

One of the problems I have in an often less-structured schedule is a lack of urgency in getting work done. When I can foresee in the coming week or so that I will have little available time due to tight scheduling, I surprise myself with how much I squeeze into that time. When I have ample time, I'm often disappointed by how little I actually accomplish (work stuff and otherwise). Productivity habits are easy to maintain when we're bound to a rigid, time-consuming schedule, but I find it difficult to do the same when I have a very loose schedule. I don't imagine I'm alone in this regard, and I'm guessing your new product is going to cover this in a way?

Keep up the awesome work Scott!

It's not just about getting protein, it's about complete and bio-available proteins. For instance, rice contains protein but it's not complete so you need to add some other kind to make a full amino acid profile. I recommend Lyle McDonald's protein book for more info.
