To your last point regarding mapping, we totally agree that its essential to achievement so we've incorporated a Plan-building tool to allow people to arrange information into discreet steps and then actually track their progress towards completion. By breaking a big goal down into defined and achievable steps, it makes the whole thing seem much less daunting.
