I had a lot of fun <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scotthyoung.com\/blog\/2019\/08\/12\/ultralearning-podcasts-reviews\/\">chatting with people to promote Ultralearning<\/a>, and my new book, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scotthyoung.com\/blog\/getbetter\/\">Get Better at Anything<\/a>, has been no different.<\/p>\n<p>I wanted to share some of those discussions today. (Also check out the guest essay I wrote for Nir Eyal&#8217;s website on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nirandfar.com\/overcoming-anxiety\/\">research behind overcoming anxiety<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spreaker.com\/episode\/how-to-help-people-get-better-at-anything-a-conversation-with-scott-h-young--60033486\">The Talent Equation<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; A longer conversation, with a focus on athletic skills.
