Why I believe side-projects are essential to success<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>If you want to access the latest implementation guide, go to the<br \/>\nCONTENT section of the members&#8217; website and download it from the<br \/>\nsection MONTH 7:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/scotthyoung.com\/members\/?page_id=42\">https:\/\/scotthyoung.com\/members\/?page_id=42<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Project-based learning is the main method I use whenever tackling<br \/>\nnew self-education goals&#8211;whether it is for my business, learning<br \/>\ncomputer programming or taking on French.<\/p>\n<p>The main advantage of this method is it allows you to structure<br \/>\nyour self-education efforts (so you don&#8217;t lose motivation and give<br \/>\nup) but at the same time makes the process more interesting (so you<br \/>\ndon&#8217;t get bored with studying).<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>Side projects may seem like a luxury, especially when you&#8217;re faced<br \/>\nwith tough courses.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t advocate taking on extra side projects when you&#8217;re truly<br \/>\nswamped.
