Just got back in a few minutes ago. After checking up on my blogroll and clearing out a few hundred pieces of spam waiting for me to zap for the moderation on this website I’m going to start writing a new blog entry right away.
For the first time this year I was really low on available activities. I usually find the lack of productivity uncomfortable and boring. However, life flows fast and slow and sometimes the best strategy isn’t to fight it but enjoy it. So I did. Now I’ve been thrust right back into the hustle and bustle of my regular life and I’m going to enjoy that too.
I’ve gathered tons of ideas over the past several days so I’ll be doing a lot of writing. I find that you can gather ideas both from calm reflection and from forcefully engaging with life, so switching gears has left me with a lot of room for thought.
