From the Web
I’ve written several articles for lifehack.org over the past week:
10 Tips for Razor Sharp Concentration – This one did very well, garnering a fair chunk of traffic from Digg.
Insomniac’s Guide of Things to Do When Failing to Sleep
Study Hacks – Cal Newport, a friend and author of How to Become a Straight-A Student now has his articles in a blog format. Worth a look if you were a fan of Holistic Learning and other approaches to better learning.
From the Archives
Waiting for an Epiphany – Quit waiting for a lightbulb to go off over your head. I’ve found that most changes occur through a several steps, not one huge, life-altering moment.

Flow – A great read by Mihály CsÃkszentmihályi. Consider it a psychological perspective on how to be happy. By focusing on reaching optimal experience and a more complex self (what I would call growth) it presents many different paths one can achieve flow.
